I've been trying to learn Korean for a long time—and failing. My wife is Korean, and we've worked hard to ensure our two kids are fluent. Often at the dinner table, the kids will share a funny story and naturally shift into Korean. This usually happens right as they hit the best part, so the three of them start chatting away, laughing, and enjoying themselves. I'll nod along, waiting to be brought into the loop. In the end, without fail, they'll all turn to me with a smile and say, "Haha! Appa doesn't know!"

This site is my attempt to finally master conversational Korean. I always found the existing learning tools to be not quite what I need, so I built my own and shared it here. Hopefully, this helps you in your own language journey—and hopefully, sometime very soon, my kids will finally turn to me at dinner and say, "Appa knows!"
